Withdrawal from the course and conditions of course fee refund
We hope you have chosen the suitable course for you and allocated the necessary time for it. However, if the circumstances have changed and a course registrant is unable to attend a language course, they must notify the Exceptional English contact person by email (info@exceptional-eng.com) as soon as possible.
In which case:
- If a course registrant cancels the course up to 7 days before the start of the course, 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- If a course registrant cancels the course up to 2-6 days before the start of the course, 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- If a course registrant cancels the course less than 48 hours before the start of the course, the tuition fee will not be refunded.
The tuition fee paid for a course can be transferred to another course provided there are available spots left in the course group.
